If significant weather materially affects the festival experience, eligible paid 2026 ticket holders may qualify for a complimentary 2027 general-admission ticket, subject to organizer terms and conditions.
How it works
- Attend. Attend the 2026 festival with a valid paid general-admission ticket.
- Visit the desk. If significant weather conditions affect the event experience, visit the designated Guarantee Desk before leaving the festival.
- Confirm eligibility. The event team will record your request and confirm eligibility under these guarantee terms.
- Receive your ticket. Approved claims will receive one complimentary 2027 general-admission ticket per eligible paid 2026 admission.
Eligibility and claim deadline
- Be there and claim that day. The Guarantee is available only to eligible paid 2026 ticket holders physically present at the festival on the affected day. Claims must be made in person at the Guarantee Desk that day, before leaving the grounds and no later than 10:00 p.m. Edmonton time on Saturday, September 5, 2026. Claims cannot be made after the festival, remotely or later.
- The weather must affect the experience. Significant weather must materially and negatively affect the attendee’s actual experience. An unfavourable forecast does not qualify by itself. A claim may be declined if conditions clear and the attendee can participate normally.
Important
This offer is separate from the festival refund policy and does not provide a refund for the 2026 ticket or related expenses.
Complimentary, sponsor, vendor, performer, youth, and other non-paid admissions are not eligible.
Complimentary 2027 tickets have no cash value, may not be resold, and will be issued separately by the event team.
